This is a very broad search covering Federal and State trademark registers . We will compare your mark with all registered marks in both federal and state databases that sound or look like your mark, plus all marks that mean the same or in some other way might lead to customer confusion to your desired mark. There is no limit to the amount of relevant trademarks and trade names listed in your report. Our Comprehensive search includes all of the following:

• The up-to-date Federal Trademark Register with images, including information on all registered, pending, and inactive trademarks and service marks, as well as applications for registrations filed for marks used or intended to be used, on every type of product or service.
• The up-to-date U.S. State Trademark Register, covering all 50 states.
